Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancelation Policy By booking any service with Psychic Medium Dave Wakeling, you hereby agree to the following Booking & Cancellation Policy: BOOKING * Once you have made a booking, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation email with the details of your upcoming session. * You will find the Zoom Meeting link in a seperate email. If you have not received this please check your junk folder. If it is not there, please email Dave@PsychicMediumDave.com. * Confirm your time zone before booking your session. Missed appointments due to confusion on time zone will not be rescheduled. * Make sure you are in a place where you will not be disturbed for the duration of your reading. * Make sure you have a good internet connection. Psychic Medium Dave Wakeling is not able to reschedule your reading due to technical difficulties on your end. Please check your connectivity PRIOR to your session. * You agree to thoroughly read "READING TIPS" in the confirmation email you received, so that you are fully prepared for your session. CANCELLATIONS * If you need to cancel your session more than 14 days before your appointment you recieve either: * a fee of $40 will be deducted and the ballance will be refunded via the original payment method ~ or * a full credit will remain on file for 6 months. * If you cancel your session 14 or fewer days before you appointment, a credit will remain on file for 6 months only. No exceptions, All sales final. * Any cancellations that are less than 72 hours before your appointment will not be refunded or credited. No exceptions. All sales final. RESCHEDULEING * Psychic Medium Dave Wakeling understands that sometimes life just "happens" and so appointments can be rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours before your appointment. No exceptions. All sales final. ARRIVING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT * For late arrivals to appointments, to be fair to my other clients, if there is another session booked straight after yours, your appointment time will be shortened accorgingly. * If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment is considered a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be offered. This is strictly enforced. No exceptions. All sales final. SPECIAL REQUESTS * For any specific requests, please email prior to your reading: Dave@PsychicMediumDave.com * You agree to thoroughly read "READING TIPS" in the confirmation email you received, so you are prepared for your session. CONDUCT * You agree not to reproduce, sell, copy, duplicate or exploit any portion of the services/offerings provided without written consent from Psychic Medium Dave Wakeling. * You agree to be respectful of the Spirit world, Psychic Medium Dave Wakeling and any participants involved in the reading. * If you arrive to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol your reading will be cancelled and you will have forfeited your session. No refund or reschedule options will be offered. This is strictly enforced. No exceptions.
